Inside each HardWire pedal are technological features that serious players requireall updated and improved to their utmost capacity. True bypass preserves the purity of your original tone as signal passes through the pedal, and high-voltage operation further protects your sound by eliminating clipping and other signal degradation caused by power drain. With the high-output pickups found on some electric guitars, it's not unusual to hear clipping when playing through an effects pedal. This occurs when the voltage range produced by a guitar's pickup is greater than the operating voltage of the effects pedalnormally limited to the voltage supplied by the effect's battery or power supply. DigiTech HardWire pedals incorporate circuitry that increases the operating voltage headroom above that of the typical effects pedal. As such, DigiTech HardWire pedals benefit a wider range of guitars and are also at home in an amplifier's effects loop.HardWire Pedals include the following stage accessories:Stomplock knob guard locks your tone in place and prevent tampering or accidental knob adjustments onstagePedal Switch Glow Sticker helps you locate the pedal in adverse stage lightingCustom-cut Hook and Loop Pedalboard Pad to attach and lock your pedals to your pedalboard

The envelope in the EP2 kicks it up a notch with a 'Staccato' function that is ideal for fast picking, funk bass and tight rhythm guitar. The Staccato circuit is an 'intelligent envelope' that listens to your playing and quickly discharges the envelope between your notes. This crafty circuit enables incredibly responsive envelope performance, even during rapid fire playing. EP2 Envelope Phaser's rotary modulation LFO provides adjustable depth and center controls for fine-tuning the frequency range of operation, from subtle swirls to screaming sweeps with a huge range of available speeds. Another crucial addition is the 'LFO smooth' switch, which automatically reduces the resonance setting when the LFO is in use. This performance friendly function finally lets you switch between corpulent, Mutron style quack and deep, swirling Uni-Vibe sounds with a single footswitch stomp...no knob tweaking necessary on stage! In addition to its unique voice and interactive modulation section, the Pigtronix EP2 incorporates control options including expression pedals for both SWEEP and SPEED as well as a continuous blend between envelope and LFO modulation sources. EP2 retains crucial features from the EP-1 such as true bypass switching, + or - phase inversion and our signature 'trigger' input for manipulating the envelope with an external audio source. Years of work went into the development of this unique and ridiculously funky device. If you are a musician seeking the ultimate analog phaser, this is your pedal!

T-Rex Engineering Twister 2 Stereo Chorus and Flanger Guitar Effects Pedal Green

T-Rex Engineering Twister 2 Stereo Chorus and Flanger Guitar Effects Pedal Green
$279.00

Shimmering, rich, vibrant, swirlingthere are lots of ways to describe the chorus effect, made famous in the '80s and used today by just about every guitarist on the planet. A chorus brings your sound to life, adding a dynamic vibrancy to the sonic texture of any song you use it on. T-Rex Engineering is proud to introduce the next generation of this legendary effect, the Twister 2, a chorus and flanger pedal for guitarists who demand nothing less than the best.

Did you say chorus and flanger?

We sure did. Although they sound quite different, these two classic effects are so closely related that a single pedal can produce them both. T-Rex could have taken the usual path and built two separate units, but they wanted to give you both great effects in a single box.

While the chorus adds sparkle and shine to your sound, the flanger puts a funky twist on both chords and single-note lines. Give it a try, and discover how it's the wild and weird effect you've been looking for.

Whats new on Twister 2

T-Rex gave the Twister a facelift based on your feedback, and it's now completely updated with new hardware and software. The light/heavy switch has been removed and the pedal now covers a wider tonal range. By adjusting Depth, Tone, and Rate you can make Twister II deliver both old-fashioned vintage sounds as well as a more modern chorus sound.

Designer tone, just the way you want it

Twister 2 is packed with features that make sure you get chorus or flange your way. It has a mono output for running through an amp on stage, and stereo outputs for the studio or live stereo setups. The brilliant Tone control lets you take some of the top off for a more subtle effect. And rest assured: like every pedal T-Rex makes, Twister 2 sounds phenomenal any way you use it.
